Satyam auditor says examining chairman's statement

NEW DELHI Jan 7 (Reuters) - Satyam's auditor PricewaterhouseCoopers said on Wednesday it was examining the contents of the statement issued by the software firm's chairman and would not comment further due to client confidentiality.
