(Corrects majority owner of Equiduct to Boerse Berlin from Deutsche Boerse in paragraph 2)

LONDON Jan 12 (Reuters) - A group of European trading platforms plan to launch a data service that allows traders to see share prices across all regions, the Financial Times reported on Monday, citing people familiar with the matter.

It says Equiduct, majority owned by Boerse Berlin, is in talks with Chi-X and BATS Europe to launch the service aggregating data services across Europe.

Equiduct and Chi-X were not immediately available to comment on the suggestion, and a spokesman for BATS Europe said the company did not have any comment. (Reporting by Ben Deighton; Editing by Jon Loades-Carter)
