What: Invitation to press and analysts to register for RSA Conference 2009
When: Monday, Jan. 12, 2009
8:00 a.m. EST

Who: Editors, reporters, freelancers, contributing writers and guest
columnists who are actively covering the information security industry or
special projects for viable media outlets are eligible for a press pass.
Bloggers covering the information security industry are also eligible.
All submitted information will be reviewed and registration will be
approved or denied based on credentials.
How: Press credentials are restricted to press and industry research analysts
who provide a business card with an editorial title, a current masthead
that includes their name and a sample of a bylined article or industry
-related report published within the past six months.
Bloggers are subject to the same press registration process as all other
media, and registration will be judged based on the credibility of the
blog. Information such as the focus and longevity of the blog, the
frequency of updates, number of page views and the overall industry
reputation of the blog will also be taken into consideration.
