JD Vaughn to Co-Host at Elliot Gold's Annual TeleSpan Teleconferencing
Industry Predictions

Prior predictions have proven to be 70% accurate over the past thirteen years

NEW YORK, Jan. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Following a year of dramatic ups
and downs in markets across the world, the year ahead holds many questions for
those involved in the field of conferencing. TeleSpan, an industry analysis
firm covering the field of teleconferencing, is joining with Telanetix, Inc.
(OTC BB: TNXI), the worldwide leader in affordable Telepresence products and
services, to answer some of those questions during TeleSpan's Annual
Teleconferencing Industry Predictions.

These predictions will be preceded by a web conference occurring on Friday,
January 16, 2008 at 1:00 PM EST and will be co-hosted by Elliot Gold,
President of TeleSpan and JD Vaughn, Vice President of Telanetix.
Collectively, Gold and Vaughn share over 50 years of experience in the
conferencing industry.

The web conference event will occur prior to their release in the annual
"Predictions Edition" of Electronic TeleSpan, the industry's foremost
newsletter. Predictions will be made by Elliot M. Gold, who has an
unparalleled accuracy in forecasting the market. Since 1996, Gold has made 130
predictions (10 each year) with a running accuracy score of 70% (91 accurate
predictions out of 130). This achievement gives him the highest batting
average in the industry (other analyst groups and Wall Street firms typically
have accuracies well below 50%).

This is the third year as co-host for Vaughn, who has used his own extensive
experience to assist Gold in his predictions. Vaughn's ongoing focus during
the predictions has been the perpetual need for end-user applications for all
conferencing applications.

The predictions will cover trends in voice, video, and Web conferencing as
well as TeleSpan's pick of companies that will "hit the wall" or be picked up
in consolidations in the next 24-36 months. Gold will also review his
predictions from 2008, giving them a thumbs-up or -down.

Attendees to the web conference will be invited to raise questions about
TeleSpan's forecasts as well as other questions they have about the
conferencing market overall. Hosted by ConferencePlus, attendance to the
event will be limited, but an archived version will be available after January
19, 2009.

Attendees can register for the web conference through ConferencePlus at:
