New York Appellate Court Rules That Buddha-Bar NYC Must Stop Using the Name
and Concept of the Original Buddha Bar

PARIS, Jan. 12 /PRNewswire/ --In response to legal action taken by the owners
of the original and authentic Buddha Bar in Paris, Dubai, Beirut, Sao Paolo,
London, Kiev, Jakarta and Cairo, an appellate court in New York City ruled
Tuesday that the Manhattan restaurant, calling itself Buddha-Bar NYC, must
stop using the Buddha Bar name and concept.

the validity and enforceability of our rights to the name and concept in the
