Scale Enterprise Web Application Delivery

AX Series Delivers CGA Ontario an Advanced Server Load Balancer Solution for
the Blackboard Academic Suite

SAN JOSE, Calif., Jan. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- A10 Networks(R) today announced that
Certified General Accountants of Ontario (CGA Ontario), an affiliate of the
Certified General Accountants of Canada, selected and deployed A10's AX Series
Advanced Server Load Balancer to provide a comprehensive enterprise Web
Application Delivery platform. CGA Ontario has close to 30,000 staff, members
and students accessing the network at any given time. To assist its affiliates
with everything from selecting courses to making payments online, CGA Ontario
delivers to its users enterprise applications such as Microsoft Sharepoint
2003 for document management, Microsoft Exchange 2003 for enterprise email
applications and the Blackboard Academic Suite.

As a leader in the delivery of online distance education, CGA Ontario selected
A10's AX Advanced Server Load Balancer for its value, advanced features and
ease of use. AX quickly integrated with the Blackboard Academic Suite
environment to guarantee performance, allowing CGA Ontario the flexibility to
deploy additional servers and applications for future growth.

"I took an interest in A10 Networks based on the company's stellar reputation
in the online community," said Philip Philippides, senior network
administrator for CGA Ontario. "When I implemented the AX Series in our
network environment, I was pleased by the ease of use and flexibility of the
product."

The key AX Series features CGA Ontario leverages include Layer 4-7 server load
balancing and the aFleX scripting feature, which redirects traffic from a
built-in Web page to a custom Web page. CGA Ontario also leverages AX's
Advanced Persistence feature to ensure clients stay on the right server. CGA
Ontario discovered immediately that the AX Series is simple to deploy and easy
to use with an intuitive GUI and industry standard CLI. Servers can be added
quickly without troubleshooting, allowing load to be easily distributed and
balanced. The A10 support engineers are always available and responsive to
questions, ensuring an effective, fast and successful implementation.

Additional key features within the AX Series include:
-- Revolutionary Advanced Core Operating System (ACOS) to provide the
most
        scalable server load balancing solutions
-- Comprehensive layer 4-7 features and performance, SSL acceleration,
hardware compression and RAM Cache at a cost-effective price
-- Carrier-grade hardware components and redundancy
-- All features are included in the platform, without additional software
        licensing fees

"We are proud to provide CGA Ontario with the Web Application Delivery
platform it requires to deliver a suite of critical enterprise applications to
its staff, members and students," said Lee Chen, founder and CEO of A10
Networks. "The AX Series delivers twice the performance at half the price of
any enterprise server load balancing solution on the market today."
