Porter Novelli Announces New Addition to Senior Team

Anthony Viceroy Joins Agency as President of Global Business Operations and
Chief Financial Officer

NEW YORK, Jan. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Anthony Viceroy, 40, has been named
president of global business operations and chief financial officer at leading
public relations firm Porter Novelli.

Viceroy joins the agency from Omnicom's Diversified Agency Services (DAS)
group, where he served most recently as senior vice president of financial
management and client partnership. In his DAS role, Viceroy also served as a
liaison and adviser to Porter Novelli.

At Porter Novelli, Viceroy will report directly to Gary Stockman, the agency's
CEO.

At Porter Novelli, Viceroy will serve as a partner and will join the Executive
Committee, where he will help drive strategic development and ensure delivery

primary goals of growing clients and developing people.

Before joining DAS in 2002, Viceroy served as finance director and treasurer
of Novo Nordisk North America, part of the Danish biopharmaceutical company.
Earlier in his career, he held various financial and consulting positions
within the Big 4 public accounting firms, where he worked on research and
planning, mergers and acquisitions and business development.

Viceroy is a certified public accountant. He holds an M.B.A. from Fordham
University, with specializations in global business management and corporate
finance. He received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Iona College.
