CT Corporation Is Only Provider to Offer Technology Solution for SEC Form SH
Preparation

Company's EDGAR Ease+ and CT EDGAR Ease Service Bureau Provide Help for
Managing New Reporting Requirements

NEW YORK, Jan. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, CT Corporation, the premier provider
of compliance and productivity solutions for legal professionals, announced
it's the only company in the legal industry offering a technology solution to
help customers comply with the SEC's new XML format Form SH disclosure
requirement. CT Corporation is part of CT, a Wolters Kluwer business.

The SEC recently issued an Interim Temporary Rule extending the reporting
requirements for institutional investment managers related to information on
daily short sales and short positions of certain publicly traded securities.
This information now must be submitted electronically via the EDGAR system --
and the Form SH Information Table must be filed in XML format.

With this new rule, financial institutions may have hundreds or even thousands
of transactions to report on in Form SH. CT Corporation now offers two
solutions to help: CT EDGAR Ease Service Bureau and EDGAR Ease+.

For those who want to outsource the work, the CT EDGAR Ease Service Bureau can
use its expertise to prepare Form SH filings quickly and accurately. CT
Corporation's EDGAR Ease+ provides everything needed to comply with the new
Form SH regulation for those filing in-house. The solution offers a wizard
interface that makes it fast and easy to import an Excel Form SH Information
Table, map each column to its appropriate XML element (per the SEC's Form SH
XML Specification), and save the data to the required XML format. This not
only helps CT Corporation's customers save time, but it also helps eliminate
potential errors that can result from manually entering information.

"A new reporting rule can present extra challenges in a market where customers
are already pressed for time and resources," said Diane K. Brown, executive
vice president and general manager of CT Corporation. "We worked to quickly
develop a solution that would be available from day one to help them address
these challenges with the quality and level of service they've come to expect
from CT Corporation. We continue to provide our customers with the option to
use our reliable EDGAR Ease+ software, or to depend on the CT EDGAR Ease
Service Bureau's expertise."
