VR Mergers and Acquisitions in Charlotte announces the sale of Mullins Wood
Products, a large manufacturer and distributor of affordable kitchen and
bathroom cabinetry. Jim Lamm, the founder of Mullins Wood Products, chose VR
Charlotte to sell his company, which has distributed cabinets for over 20 years.
The transaction included the sale of the land and building. 

Mullins Wood Products, located in Chesterfield, SC, was established in 1986 and
has grown to include distribution geographically located from Michigan south to
Texas and to the east coast. New owner Mark Gunter has an extensive background
in sales and marketing within this industry and looks forward to continuing it`s
