and AEG have entered into a long-term agreement naming Panasonic as a
'Founding Partner' of L.A. LIVE, the AEG owned and operated sports,
entertainment and residential district in Los Angeles, and a 'Founding
Partner' of STAPLES Center beginning in August, 2009. Technologies at these
'Panasonic Powered Properties' will improve entertainment, education, safety,
convenience and the environment.
