STG Appoints Robert Frisbie as SVP, Defense Sector

Industry Veteran to Lead STG`s Fastest-Growing Unit 
RESTON, Va.--(Business Wire)--
STG, Inc., a leading provider of information technology (IT), technical
security, engineering and scientific services, announced today that it has named
Robert P. Frisbie as Senior Vice President, Defense Sector. Mr. Frisbie will be
responsible for the operation and oversight of more than 700 STG Defense Sector
employees and nearly $150 million in revenue.

STG`s Defense Sector focuses on providing performance-based support for
warfighter systems and IT operations for the Department of Defense (DoD) and
Intelligence Agencies, including enterprise network and server operations,
weapons systems development, software and application development, enterprise
architecture, Web design, business process reengineering, test and evaluation
support, enterprise help desk operations, linguistics and financial management.

Prior to joining STG, Mr. Frisbie served as Vice President of the Northrop
Grumman Information Technology Intelligence Group (TASC) Information Operations
(IO) and Net-centric Defense operating unit. Before joining Northrop Grumman in
1997, he served as Director of Strategic Planning and Information Operations for
Questech (CACI). 

In the public sector, Mr. Frisbie had a distinguished 21-year career as a U.S.
Army officer, where he served in a variety of command and staff positions in
information operations, intelligence and C3I activities. He was the first
Director of the Army Information Warfare Special Program Office and a member of
the Army Information Warfare Council of Colonels. Mr. Frisbie holds an MS in
Operations Research/Systems Analysis from the Naval Post Graduate School and a
BS in Electrical Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute.
