ABLYNX ANNOUNCES WEBCAST OF ITS PRESENTATION AT THE 27TH ANNUAL J.P. MORGAN HEALTHCARE CONFERENCE

Ablynx [Euronext Brussels: ABLX], a pioneer in the discovery and
development of Nanobodies(R), a novel class of antibody-derived
therapeutic proteins, today announced that it will webcast its corporate
presentation at the 27th Annual J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference on
Wednesday, 14 January 2009 at 11.00 a.m. PST / 08.00 p.m. CET.

The presentation, followed by a Q&A, will be hosted by Dr Edwin Moses,
CEO and Chairman at Ablynx. This will be webcast live and may be accessed
on the home page of Ablynx's website at www.ablynx.com. A replay of the
webcast will also be available on the Company's website for 90 days, by
default (until 15 April 2009).
