In a strategic move designed to support its international objectives, aia, a
leading employment and recruitment communications firm, today announced the
signing of a definitive agreement to be acquired by TMP Worldwide Advertising &
Communications, LLC, the world`s largest independent recruitment advertising
agency, based in New York City. Terms of the private transaction were not
disclosed.

With more than 22 years of experience in executing award-winning recruitment
communication programmes for an impressive roster of clients across all sectors
of business, aia will continue to be headquartered in London and operate under
the aia name. Additionally, no changes in management or staff levels are
anticipated as a result of the transaction.

In 2007, the New York-based TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications, LLC
acquired the leading employer brand consultancy People in Business Limited
(PiB), which helps companies develop and manage their employer brands.
