Noodles & Company Names Keith Kinsey to Its Board of Directors

BROOMFIELD, CO, Jan 12 (MARKET WIRE) --
Noodles & Company, the quick-casual, globally inspired noodle restaurant
that serves a balanced menu of freshly sauteed Asian, Mediterranean and
American cuisine, announced that Keith Kinsey has joined its board of
directors. Kinsey currently serves as chief financial officer and chief
operating officer at the company.

Kinsey joined Noodles & Company in 2005 and has more than 30 years of
domestic and international operations, financial and executive experience.
Prior to joining the company, he served in an operations leadership role
at Chipotle, and has held key management positions at Big Sky Bread,
Checker's Restaurants, Kentucky Fried Chicken and McDonald's.
Under Kinsey's leadership, Noodles & Company has grown to more than a
200-unit restaurant concept with locations in 18 states. The company will
continue its industry-leading growth and plans to exceed 500 restaurants
in the next five years.
