SEATTLE, Jan. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- L&L International Holdings, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: LLFH) today announced that the company is scheduled to
meet with various stock brokers and fund managers in New York City and Boston
this week to discuss its coal (energy) operations and to inform investors on
the strength in L&L's market position.

The road show will introduce L&L's management team to investment professionals
during private meetings and a luncheon to be held January 13th and 14th in New
York and on January 15th in Boston. The owner of the midtown Manhattan
restaurant where the luncheon will take place on the 14th is an L&L
shareholder, who will testify on his experience with L&L.

L&L's management team, including CEO Dickson Lee, CPA; and Patrick McManus,
Esq. and CPA, will brief investors on the company's fast growth and its recent
quarterly jump of net income to approximately $2.5 million for the three
months ended on October 31, 2008, as well as L&L's planned acquisitions of
three operating coal mines and coking facilities during 2009.

"Recognizing China is an economic locomotive of the world and knowing the L&L
team's strong U.S. accounting knowledge, their bilingual skills and their
roots in China and Hong Kong, I am delighted to introduce L&L to the investing
public," said Dave Gentry, President and CEO of RedChip Companies, the
organizer of the road show. "L&L has been private for 13 years and began
publicly trading in August 2008," Mr. Gentry continued. "With an estimated 7
percent GDP growth projected for China in 2009 and L&L's increasing EPS, this
road show sharing L&L's insider view of the Chinese energy market, should
attract great investment interest."
