Toasted Subs Pioneer Inks Five Year/50 Unit Agreement with HMSHost

Quiznos, a global leader in Quick Service Restaurants and pioneer of the toasted
sandwich, and HMSHost Corporation, a world leader in dining and shopping for
travel venues, have announced an agreement to develop three Quiznos restaurants
in India by 2010. This announcement is part of a master agreement between
Quiznos and HMSHost to develop up to an additional 50 Quiznos units over the
next five years in locations under review now.
