Trade Show and Seminar on South Florida Corporations Conducting Business with Israel To Be Held at David Posnack Jewish Community Center

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(Business Wire)--
The America-Israel Chamber of Commerce of Florida, the Jewish Federation of
Broward County, and the Fort Lauderdale law firm of Arnstein & Lehr LLP today
announced that they will co-host an upcoming trade show and seminar providing a
forum for South Florida corporations, business owners and executives to educate
themselves on what opportunities are available to them to conduct business with
the state of Israel. The event will be held on Thursday, January 29, at the
David Posnack Jewish Community Center in Davie and will feature prominent
speakers and a trade show where vendors can showcase their products or services
to the Florida/Israeli business community. 

Scheduled to speak are Eyal Ben-Chanoch, CEO and president of Beeologics, LLC,
Avi Kribus, a Tel Aviv University engineering professor, David Anthony,
president of 21 Ventures LLC, and Fred Glickman, vice president of business
operations, Enterprise Florida. An America-Israel Chamber member will welcome
attendees. 

Beeologics is an international firm with offices and laboratories in the United
States and Israel focused on restoring bee health and protecting the future of
insect pollination. Professor Kribus is a solar energy engineering expert who
will discuss the latest research and development initiatives in the field of
renewable energy. Mr. Anthony, an experienced entrepreneur, venture capitalist,
and educator, will discuss business opportunities between Israel and Florida.
Enterprise Florida is Florida`s primary state economic development organization.
Mr. Glickman oversees Enterprise Florida`s 14 international offices. He will
provide thoughts on how Enterprise Florida`s Ramat Gan, Israel, office assists
Florida companies interested in doing business in Israel and identify the
Israeli trade and industry organizations with whom their office is affiliated. 

The trade show will serve as an opportunity for those south Florida businesses
looking to promote their products or services and their Israel connection,
specifically those businesses in the green technology, medical and technical
industries. It will be held in the Orlove Auditorium within the David Posnack
Jewish Community Center from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. The event will include a cocktail
reception from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. with speakers scheduled to give their
presentations starting at 7:45 p.m. There will be a $10 admission fee for those
pre-registered and a $15 fee at the door.
