VELOCITY Broadcasting Announces Appointment of New Chief Operating Officer

Pittsburgh-based VELOCITY Broadcasting, the largest private, high-definition
broadcasting network in North America is pleased to announce the appointment of
Jeff Esswein as VELOCITY`s chief operating officer (COO). As COO, Esswein is
responsible for the development of strategic relationships for VELOCITY
including the expansion of the market density of VELOCITY`s North American
network throughout Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

An entrepreneur for more than two decades, Esswein is the founder and former
executive vice president of Club Com Inc., a place-based media company with a
network in health clubs throughout the United States. He also served as vice
president/general manager of Oxford Development Company where he was responsible
for profit and loss management and advancing corporate expansion. 

Esswein earned his B.S. in sports management from West Virginia University in
Morgantown, WV. He is also a member of IHRSA, MACMA, FHCA and Club Industry.
