eLoyalty Corporation (NASDAQ: ELOY), a leading enterprise customer
relationship management services and solutions company, today announced
that it intends to release its fourth quarter 2008 financial results
after the market close on Thursday, February 12, 2009. eLoyalty
management also plans to host a conference call at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time
on Thursday, February 12, 2009.

    The conference call and slide presentation will be available live via the
Internet at the Investor Relations section of eLoyalty's website at
http://www.eloyalty.com/investor/. Participants should access the website
at least fifteen minutes before the conference call begins to download and
install any necessary audio software.
