Sale of ENTERACTIVE SOLUTIONS GROUP, INC. (Formerly SULLIVAN COMPLIANCE Company a division of SKYCASTLE Entertainment), Completed; New QuickCustom Sweepstakes Offering Announced

Alan H. Gerson, President, CEO and principal shareholder of ENTERACTIVE
SOLUTIONS GROUP, INC. ("ESG"), formerly SULLIVAN COMPLIANCE COMPANY ("SCC") a
division of SKYCASTLE Entertainment, formally announced the recent completion of
the sale transaction, whereby he has acquired control of the company from Joe
Candido and David Warshawsky, the former principals.

Joseph Candido, Co-President of SKYCASTLE Entertainment and co-founder of SCC,
