Genomma Lab, New Participant in Market-Maker Program

MEXICO CITY, Jan. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Genomma Lab Internacional,
S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV: LAB) ("Genomma Lab" or "the Company") announced that on
January 9, 2009, the Company signed an agreement with IXE Casa de Bolsa, S.A.
de C.V. to act as the market maker for the Company's outstanding shares, thus
becoming another company to participate in the market maker program. The
contract will become valid upon approval of the Mexican Stock Exchange (Bolsa
Mexicana de Valores) and will be in effect for a minimum period of 12 months
from the date of the agreement.
Less than 6 months since becoming a public company, Genomma Lab seeks to
leverage the benefits of the modernizing Mexican markets via the market-maker
program. The Company expects that its incorporation into this program will
allow for increased share liquidity.
With its incorporation into the market-maker program and together with the
Share Repurchase program approved by the Board of Directors, Genomma Lab
reaffirms its commitment to provide higher liquidity for its shares.
