MYERS, Fla., Jan. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BIH Corporation (OTC Pink Sheets: BIHC) The Company announced today that it has submitted its dividend payment request as outlined by their Transfer Agent to FINRA as required, after FINRA review and approval they will forward it to NASDAQ's Dividend department (203) 375-9609 for execution. NASDAQ, with its authority and ability, will formally establish a pay date and record date per their approval and guidelines, the Company has no control over their time line, however the Company has submitted all required paperwork as required by both authorities. The Company once given notice by NASDAQ as to the payment date (as we are advised in advance) will advise their shareholders.
