JEFFERIES & CO
The investment bank said on Thursday it added three senior mortgage and asset back securities institutional sales professionals.
Beth Starr, formerly with Lehman Brothers, has joined the firm as a managing director and will be based in Connecticut, while Natasha Jacobs and Jason Eynon join as senior vice presidents based in London and Los Angeles, respectively. Jacobs joins from RBS Greenwich Capital and Enyon joins from UBS (UBSN.VX)(UBS.N).
PAUL HASTINGS
The firm said Thursday seven new partners are joining its London office. They are Michelle Duncan, Justin Jowitt, Christian Parker, Charles Roberts, Karl Clowry, Conor Downey and Tom O'Riordan. The team specializes in restructuring and insolvency, litigation, structured finance, investment funds and real estate finance.
HENDERSON GLOBAL INVESTORS
The British-based asset management firm said on Thursday it appointed Peter Smith as sales manager within its investment trust business.
Smith will be responsible for broadening the ownership of Henderson Managed Investment Trusts and investment companies among professional investors. He was previously with Atlantis Investment Management as head of sales.
GOOD ENERGIES
The investor in renewable energy and energy efficiency industries said on Thursday that William Nesbitt was promoted to the post of managing director and joined Good Energies' managing board.
Most recently, he was a member of the firm's global solar team as director and executive vice president in its New York office. He joined the company in 2007.
ROYAL LONDON ASSET MANAGEMENT
Royal London Asset Management said on Thursday it recruited Craig Inches to be joint fund manager for its gilt and index-linked bond funds.
Inches was previously at Scottish Widows Investment Partnership.
CITIGROUP INC (C.N)
Citigroup has appointed Naveed Riaz as its head of Africa, replacing Zdenek Turek, who is moving to Russia as head of the central Europe unit, it said.
Riaz will also be country officer for South Africa, which has the continent's biggest economy.

WELLS FARGO & CO (WFC.N)
Wells Fargo Insurance Services Inc promoted Kristina Rickert to managing director, operations, based in Chicago. Rickert will play a key role in integration of insurance operations within Wells Fargo and Wachovia.
Earlier she was managing director, Wells Fargo Insurance Agency of Michigan Inc.
BMO CAPITAL MARKETS (BMO.TO)
The investment and corporate banking arm of BMO Financial Group hired David Sawyer as managing director and head of U.S. restructuring, based in New York. He was with Silver Point Capital previously.
HURON CONSULTING GROUP (HURN.O)
The financial services consulting company hired David Bitterman and Steven McNew as managing directors. Bitterman was with Deutsche Bank Securities earlier and McNew was with DigIT Technologies.
BROWN, SHIPLEY & CO LTD
The private bank promoted Ian Sackfield to managing director effective Jan. 1. He was head of Private Banking earlier.
SKADDEN, ARPS, SLATE, MEAGHER & FLOM LLP
The law firm named Gary DiBianco as leader of its corporate investigations practice in Europe. DiBianco has been a partner based in Skadden's Washington, D.C., office since 1998. He has relocated to London effective immediately.
UNITAS CAPITAL
