announced that Marc Bonanni has been appointed General Counsel. Mr. Bonanni, a
veteran of more than 25 years work in corporate governance and e-commerce law,
will lead A2S` compliance, licensing, and consumer affairs efforts.

legal affairs, litigation management, governmental affairs, and legal compliance
efforts associated with five of the company`s internet, real estate, mortgage,
and insurance subsidiaries. Before that, Mr. Bonanni was Assistant General
Counsel at Autobytel, and was an integral part of the professional management
team that took Autobytel (NASDAQ:ABTL) public in 1999. He holds a B.A. in
Economics from Chapman University, and a J.D. from Western State University,
Fullerton, Calif.
