Valtech Communications Inc. Secures Major Deal with Canvar Group Inc.

MONTREAL, Feb. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Valtech Communications Inc., a
wholly own subsidiary of HIPSO Multimedia Inc. (OTCBB: HPSO - News), is
pleased to announce a strategic partnership with Canvar Group
Inc.(www.canvar.ca).
Canvar Group Inc. is a real estate conglomerate based in Quebec, Mr. Arbic,
CEO of Valtech, commented, "Canvar owns over 1200 apartments and they will be
implementing our technology in these units. This represents a doubling of
monthly revenue once implementation is complete. Canvar also has planned to
add a significant number of rental units in 2009 and we fully expect that our
