LITTLETON, Mass., Feb. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- The Consumer Electronics Association
(CEA(R)) announced that ZeeVee, Inc. is a finalist in three categories for the
2009 Mark of Excellence Awards, presented by CEA's TechHome Division.

CEA's Mark of Excellence Awards recognizes ZvPro(TM) 250 in the Best
Distributed Audio/Video Category, ZvBox(TM) Zv100 Bundle in the Best Media
Server category, and Zinc(TM) in the Best Software Application category. Each
year manufacturers, distributors and systems integrators compete in award
categories for these coveted honors. Each of the TechHome Mark of Excellence
Awards categories has a four-member judging team comprised of systems
integrators, manufacturers, members of the trade press and industry
consultants to determine both finalists and winners.

-- ZvPro 250 is a professional HD Video Distribution system that
revolutionizes the way HD video is distributed on-premise. Based on
the
same technology used by TV stations and cable companies, ZvPro 250
makes
it affordable to create an HDTV channel and distribute HD Source(s)
over
simple-to-use COAX wiring to every on-premise HDTV.
-- The ZvBox 100 Bundle allows Internet TV viewers to move from the small
screens of their computers and the discomfort of their desk chairs to
the superior viewing experience and comfort of the living room. ZvBox
is
the first device that allows consumers to watch anything they can get
online or on their computers on all the HDTVs in their homes.
-- Zinc is an Internet Video Browser that makes online video much more
accessible. A well-organized point-and-click menu allows users to
choose
from thousands of programs. It also allows personalization as Zinc
automatically delivers new episodes that are of interest to the viewer
        as they are published.

"ZeeVee's technology closes the huge gap that has existed between HD content
that lives on computers or devices such as BluRay players or DVRs, and HDTVs,
which are very easy to deploy, but hard to provide content to," said ZeeVee
Co-founder and CEO Vic Odryna. "These CEA nominations confirm the pent-up
demand for products that solve the HD video distribution and Internet-to-HDTV
gap problem."

Winners will be recognized at the Mark of Excellence Awards Dinner on Friday,
March 13 at the Rosen Center Hotel in conjunction with the tenth annual
Electronic House Expo (EHX) Spring 2009, in Orlando, Florida. ZeeVee will be
showcasing its products at EHX, in partnership with LK Stockroom, at Booth #
1012.
