VIDEO: ICC issues arrest warrant for Bashir

Mar 4 - The International Criminal Court issues an arrest warrant for the Sudanese president for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Darfur.

Omar Hassan al-Bashir has been indicted by the court in the Hague on seven counts for war crimes, crimes against humanity, murder, forcible displacement and other crimes. The ICC said it did not find sufficient grounds to include the count of genocide.

Thousands gathered in Darfur to protest against the ICC's decision.
