Aladdin Trading and Company Acquires Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp.

MIAMI, March 5, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Aladdin Trading and Company, trading on
the Pink Sheets under the symbol ALDI (Pink Sheets:ALDI), announced today it has
acquired and changed its name to Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corporation and
redomiciled as a Florida Corporation. The new company will operate and acquire
casinos and sports books throughout the Caribbean beginning with the Dominican
Republic. The company has applied for a new cusip number and will file for a new
trading symbol, and will announce the same when it becomes official. A new
information statement will be uploaded today to inform the public of its new
business operation.
