FACTBOX: Whole Foods assets for sale under FTC settlement

(Reuters) - The Federal Trade Commission and Whole

Foods Market Inc announced on Friday a settlement that resolved

FTC charges that the organic and natural foods grocer's 2007

purchase of Wild Oats Markets violated antitrust laws.

Under the settlement, a divestiture trustee will sell the

following 13 stores operated by Whole Foods WFMI.O. All but

one were former Wild Oats stores:
