Scorpion Offshore Inc. Pilot Project With InPlace Medical Solutions Sets New
Standard for Offshore Medical Services

HOUSTON, March 10 /PRNewswire/ -- InPlace Medical Solutions recently completed
the first 1,000 hours of pioneering telemedicine healthcare services for
Scorpion Offshore Inc.'s ultra-premium jackup rig, Offshore Courageous. The
ongoing pilot project makes Scorpion Offshore the first drilling contractor to
provide rig workers with the full-service system of advanced healthcare,
direct physician attention and improved medical technology available only from
InPlace Medical Solutions.

Offshore Courageous crewmembers now receive immediate access to world-class,
board-certified physicians through live, two-way videoconferencing. This
physician-driven care improves health outcomes and reduces the number of
unnecessary helicopter evacuations and associated risks. When illnesses and
injuries are properly assessed and managed on the rig, workers are available
to work and maintain rig productivity, efficiency and safety.

Travis Fitts Jr., vice president of Human Resources, Health, Safety and
Environment for Scorpion Offshore, said, "We believe the arrangement with
InPlace Medical to provide medical services on the Offshore Courageous in
Malaysia will prove to be mutually beneficial to the personnel assigned to the
Courageous, Scorpion Offshore and our client, Sarawak Shell Bhd. Within the
first few weeks of contract commencement, a medical evacuation due to a
significant non-work related medical condition was avoided with a positive
outcome."

Fitts continued, "In addition to the medical support to the rig, we are
extremely pleased with the health assessments, monitoring and coaching
provided through the wellness segment of the service. We are excited about our
alliance with InPlace Medical and look forward to working together in setting
new standards of performance excellence in the offshore drilling industry."

Shannon Caldwell, executive director of Offshore and Remote Services for
NuPhysicia LLC, InPlace Medical's parent company, said, "Scorpion and the
Offshore Courageous are ideal for InPlace Medical's pilot. Our advanced
telemedicine services directly support Scorpion's commitment to the higher
level of safety and operational excellence that supermajor oil and gas
operators expect. Having a healthy, productive crew on the Offshore Courageous
enables Scorpion to deliver on this commitment."

In the pilot, InPlace Medical Solutions physicians have conducted health and
wellness assessments and provided care and treatment for all rig workers. The
pilot project is scheduled to continue through June 2009.

Offshore Courageous. As the pilot progresses, we are confident that InPlace
