COLUMBUS, Ohio--(Business Wire)--
Columbus, Ohio-based law firm Clark, Perdue & List Co., LPA recently joined
forces with Philadelphia-based law firm Anapol, Schwartz, Weiss, Cohan, Feldman
& Smalley, P.C., under a reciprocal of counsel agreement.

The firms have a history of working together on major litigation involving
catastrophic personal injury, dangerous drugs and defective medical devices.
Most recently, Clark, Perdue & List and Anapol Schwartz represented more than
800 consumers who suffered heart attacks or strokes after taking Vioxx - Merck`s
blockbuster drug that was recalled in 2004.

"By formalizing this relationship between our law firms, we will be able to
offer injured consumers in the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions a wider
range/array of services," says Andrew List, a partner at Clark, Perdue & List.
"This special alliance also enables us to offer our clients access to the
lawyers at Anapol Schwartz, known for their high level trial skills."

In addition to catastrophic personal injury cases and mass torts, the firms
handle class actions on behalf of defrauded investors, professionals and small
businesses. Clark, Perdue & List and Anapol Schwartz have also represented state
attorney generals in consumer fraud actions.

The combined resources of the firms include more than 30 attorneys and 100
support staff. The firms, which represent consumers in 30-plus states, have law
offices in Pennsylvania, Ohio, New Jersey and West Virginia.
