COLUMBUS, Ohio--(Business Wire)-- Columbus, Ohio-based law firm Clark, Perdue & List Co., LPA recently joined forces with Philadelphia-based law firm Anapol, Schwartz, Weiss, Cohan, Feldman & Smalley, P.C., under a reciprocal of counsel agreement. The firms have a history of working together on major litigation involving catastrophic personal injury, dangerous drugs and defective medical devices. Most recently, Clark, Perdue & List and Anapol Schwartz represented more than 800 consumers who suffered heart attacks or strokes after taking Vioxx - Merck`s blockbuster drug that was recalled in 2004. "By formalizing this relationship between our law firms, we will be able to offer injured consumers in the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions a wider range/array of services," says Andrew List, a partner at Clark, Perdue & List.
