WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Barack Obama on Wednesday signed a $410 billion bill to fund most of the U.S. government through September 30, despite Republican objections to the huge price tag and his own concerns about spending on lawmakers' pet projects.

The bill, which includes funds for the departments of transportation and agriculture among others, was approved by the U.S. Senate on Tuesday following a contentious fight. The measure also begins to roll back strict limits on travel and trade with Cuba.
