Fiat-Peugeot merger plan drawn up by Mediobanca -report

MILAN, March 13 (Reuters) - A plan for the merger of Italy's Fiat (FIA.MI) and France's PSA Peugeot Citroen (PEUP.PA) has been drawn up by Italian investment bank Mediobanca (MDBI.MI) and a strategic consultant, Il Sole 24 Ore said on Friday citing financial sources.
Fiat Chief Executive Sergio Marchionne is assessing whether and when to present the report to the Fiat board, the newspaper said.
