BRUSSELS (Reuters) - European leaders agreed on Friday the European Union would provide 75 billion euros ($102.7 billion) in top-up funds for the International Monetary Fund (IMF), French President Nicolas Sarkozy said.

Sarkozy spoke at a news briefing after an EU summit in Brussels.
