Belgium's Cofinimmo says disposals total 111 mln euros

BRUSSELS, March 24 (Reuters) - Belgian property investment group Cofinimmo (COFB.BR) said on Tuesday it had sold lease receivables and buildings for a total of 111 million euros ($151.3 million) in order to finance new investments.

It also said it hoped to raise 14 million euros through a share issue.

Cofinimmo said it was negotiating the disposal of a number of properties at or somewhat above book value.

It said due diligence was being conducted for the sale of real estate for an amount nearing 24 million euros, and that offers coming to about 16 million euros had been received.
