Turkish Enka 2008 net profit 771 mln lira, up 3 pct
ISTANBUL, March 24 |
ISTANBUL, March 24 (Reuters) - Turkish construction company Enka Insaat (ENKAI.IS) posted a consolidated net profit of 771 million lira ($466 million) in 2008, up three percent from a year earlier, the company said.
In a filing with the Istanbul Stock Exchange, Enka said its sales jumped 31 percent to 9.023 billion lira last year from 6.869 billion the previous year.
