Alternative Energy Powered Towers

Sheets:CSLI), the designer of rapidly deployable, renewable energy tower
systems, announces that the Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, White
Door, Inc., has engaged Level 4 Group, LLC (L4G) as its business advisor.

Level 4 Group, LLC provides strategic consulting, product representation and
capital advisory services to a broad range of businesses in the defense, law
enforcement and security sectors. Level 4 Group has been retained to assist
Critical Solutions in executing its business plan, including providing guidance
to improve Critical Solutions' capital raising initiatives and sales and
marketing efforts. Specifically, Level 4 Group will introduce Critical
