Video: Carousel takes sting out of drought

Mar. 23 - A merry-go-round that pumps water as children play on it is easing worries in a Kenyan district struck by recurring drought.

The carousel uses solar energy and centrifugal force to pump up water.
In the past, people in the area had to walk long distances to find water to use for drinking and cooking. Recurring drought has aggravated the problem.
