Lagotek & Budget Blinds Enter Into New Distribution Agreement

BELLEVUE, Wash., March 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Lagotek Corporation, a leading
provider of home automation technology systems, has entered into a
distribution agreement with Budget Blinds, an international retail franchisor
of window covering products. Budget Blinds will market Lagotek's Home
Intelligence Platform that includes a sophisticated motorized window coverings
application, at its more than 1,000 franchise locations across the U.S. and
Canada.

Under the agreement, Budget Blinds franchisees will sell whole home control
systems in partnership with a Lagotek dealer. It is expected that all Budget
Blinds locations will promote and sell full featured Lagotek whole home
automation.
