Hildebran, N.C., March 24 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of
International Legwear Group (ILG) has announced the selection of Kathy Willis
to serve as Chief Executive Officer effective immediately.

Willis has served as President and Chief Operating Officer of ILG since June
2008. She has over 23 years of industry experience including 15 years as CFO
with Neuville Industries/ILG. She graduated from Lenoir Rhyne College with a
BS in Finance.

Board member Shannon Kennedy stated, "We are confident that in Kathy, we have
the leader we need to complete the transformation of ILG and bring innovation
to a category in need of fresh thinking. Kathy has assembled a first class
team with deep knowledge of customers, consumer dynamics, and the industry.
We are very pleased to be able to promote Kathy to the top leadership position
within ILG."

According to Willis, "Over the last six months we have made some tough
decisions. We've examined and improved our systems and processes. We already
had some of the best and brightest in the industry, but where needed we have
added top notch talent. All of these changes were required to assure that we
are able to exceed the expectations of our customers. For too long, our
industry hasn't kept pace with the level of innovation in other consumer
categories. We intend to change that."

Located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains in Hildebran, NC,
International Legwear Group markets socks and other legwear products under the
much loved Peds(R) brand. ILG also markets socks and legwear under other well
known brand such as Dickies(R), Starter(R), and DanskinNow(R) brands as well
as strategic private labels.
