SEC's Schapiro, Goldman Sachs CEO Blankfein to Speak at Council of Institutional Investors' Spring Conference WASHINGTON, March 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Mary L. Schapiro, the new chair of the Securities and Exchange Commission, and Lloyd C. Blankfein, Chairman & CEO of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., are among a bevy of high-profile financial experts who will speak at the spring meeting of the Council of Institutional Investors.
