Aspyra Enters into Reseller Agreement With SPBS

CALABASAS, Calif.--(Business Wire)--
Aspyra, Inc. (AMEX:APY) today entered into a non-exclusive letter of agreement
with South Plains Biomedical Services (SPBS), allowing SPBS to represent and
resell Aspyra`s laboratory (LIS) and radiology information systems (RIS) and
Picture Archive Communications Systems (PACS) to new and existing SPBS
customers. 

SPBS provides comprehensive preventive maintenance, electrical safety, full
service agreements, and performance testing inspections to enhance the
healthcare organizations equipment reliability and performance as well as
satisfying Medicare, AAAHC, JCAHO and NFPA requirements. They service and sell
new and refurbished laboratory, medical imaging, biomedical, and surgical
instrumentation for the south central portion of the United States. 

SPBS customer base includes surgery centers, doctor owned facilities and small
hospitals. Rob Pruter, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Aspyra

The 12-month letter of agreement became effective February 3, 2009.
