Matrix Service Sets Date to Discuss Results for the Third Quarter, Ended
February 28, 2009

TULSA, Okla., March 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Matrix Service Co. (Nasdaq:
MTRX), a leading industrial services company, will announce results for the
Third Quarter, ended February 28, 2009 on Thursday, April 9, 2009 prior to the
open of the market.

In conjunction with the earning release, Matrix Service will host a conference
call with Michael J. Bradley, president and CEO and Thomas Long, chief
financial officer.

A conference call will be held on April 9, 2009 at 11:00am ET / 10:00am CT and
