Free NACR Road Show to Help Businesses Build Communications Skills and
Competitive Edge

EAGAN, Minn., March 24 /PRNewswire/ -- NACR (North American Communications
Resource, Inc.), an Avaya Platinum BusinessPartner and seven-time Avaya
BusinessPartner of the Year, is launching a nationwide road show to help
businesses cope with today's economy while building a communications strategy
that will help them remain competitive into the future.

NACR will be bringing the free, half-day information and networking event,
"Stay the Course, Protect Your Future," to NACR customers and prospects in 22
cities, according to Michael Fitzgibbons, National Vice President of NACR.

As a leading national Value Added Solutions Provider, NACR (www.nacr.com)
offers comprehensive communications solutions including Voice over IP (VoIP),
convergence, mobility, collaboration, unified messaging, and contact centers.
In addition, the company delivers complete consultative and technical support,
including network readiness, design, implementation, and testing services, as
well as remote diagnostics and resolution, maintenance, refurbishment, and
repairs.

"This multi-city road show offers a free venue in which businesses can learn
about the latest technologies as well as NACR resources that they can leverage
to build their skill sets," said Fitzgibbons. "It's our way of helping
customers stay on top of their communications needs, so they'll be ready to
pursue new business opportunities as the economy improves."

During two 6-week sessions (Spring and Fall), the free NACR road show will
visit major cities across the United States. The spring session begins April
22 in Seattle and continues on to 10 more cities through May 14; the fall
session will begin in mid-September and visit 11 additional locations.

The free event will be hosted by local NACR associates and offer attendees the
opportunity to network with NACR strategic partners and subject matter
experts. Presentations will include strategies for best utilizing contact
center, unified communication/mobility, and VoIP/SIP solutions during the
economic downturn and down the road.

"At NACR, we're committed to supporting customers' ongoing needs and
protecting their communications investments," said Fitzgibbons. "So while many
companies have cut back on providing educational opportunities, at NACR we
continue to offer events where we can connect with people and provide them
with knowledge that they can use to grow their business."

NACR also helps customers build their administrative and applications
proficiency through value-added services. For instance, the NACR Center of
Excellence for Learning and Development provides options for on-site training
as well as educational opportunities at NACR locations around the country.

The free "Stay the Course, Protect Your Future" road show includes
complimentary breakfast and lunch, and is limited to 50 attendees at each
location. Anyone who is interested in attending can visit www.nacr.com for
