Anacomp to Service Quantum Customers Throughout the U.S.

field service maintenance agreement with Quantum Corporation, a leading global
specialist in backup, recovery and archive solutions. Under the terms of the
agreement, Anacomp will provide on-site maintenance and support services for
Quantum customers throughout the United States. Anacomp previously provided
support for products of Quantum and ADIC, a manufacturer acquired by Quantum,
across Europe for many years.

call center, hardware replacement, installation and configuration for Quantum

this independent service provider model will allow Quantum to utilize
