Ontier Inc. Donates Stock Options to Entrepreneurs Foundation of the Northwest

Local Developer of On-Demand Software Donates Options on 250,000 Shares to
Portland-based Foundation

PORTLAND, Ore., March 24 /PRNewswire/ -- The Entrepreneurs Foundation of the
Northwest (EFNW), created to provide early stage growth companies a way to
give back to the community , received a donation of options on 250,000 shares
from Ontier Inc. Board member Les Fahey and CEO Sebastian Rapport personally
contributed 20 percent of this from their individual equity positions.
