Fitch Publishes ABCP Semiannual Update Report for BA Credit Card Trust (2001-Emerald)

Fitch Ratings has published the Semiannual Update for BA Credit Card Trust,
class A 2001-Emerald notes (Emerald notes, rated 'F1'), sponsored by FIA Card
Services, N.A. (FIA; rated 'A+/F1+' by Fitch).

The report presents a detailed overview of the Emerald notes' credit composition
over the six-month period ended Dec. 31, 2008. The data provided in this report
was also incorporated into Fitch's recent analysis and affirmation.
