Congressional Leaders to Outline Legislative Agenda and Discuss Tax and Budget
Initiatives in Light of the Obama Administration's Plans
On March 25, in the Regency Ballroom at the Hyatt Regency Hotel on Capitol
Hill in Washington D.C., key members of the U.S. House and Senate will discuss
the Obama Administration's budget and tax plans and what U.S. businesses can
expect in 2009. Additionally, congressional leaders and committee chairs will
discuss the legislation already signed by the President or proposed by the
Administration and what we can expect from Congress over the course of the
year.
The event is the 20th Annual Legislative and U.S. Government Policy Seminar
co-sponsored by major national law firm Baker Hostetler, the Federal Policy
Group and the Yale Club of Washington, D.C. Attendees are top corporate and
association executives. The event will be led by Former Congressman Mike
Oxley, Of Counsel at Baker Hostetler, and Ken Kies, Managing Director of the
Federal Policy Group.
