NEW YORK, March 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AllianceBernstein National
Municipal Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: AFB), a closed-end management investment
company, declared on this date, March 24, 2009, a monthly distribution of
$0.0755 per share of Common Stock, payable April 17, 2009 to shareholders of
record at the close of business on April 3, 2009.  Ex-date will be April 1,
2009.
