Fitch Publishes ABCP Semiannual Update Reports for Rabobank Conduits

NEW YORK--(Business Wire)--
Fitch Ratings has published the Semiannual Updates for the following
asset-backed commercial paper (ABCP) conduits sponsored by Rabobank
International (Rabobank; rated 'AA+/F1+' by Fitch).

--Neptune Funding Corporation, 'F1';

--Nieuw Amsterdam Receivables Corporation, 'F1'.

These reports present a detailed overview of each conduit's credit composition
over the six-month period ended Dec. 31, 2008. The data provided in these
reports was also incorporated into Fitch's recent analysis and affirmation of
Rabobank's ABCP programs.
